HomeLux Store – Return & Exchange Policy

HomeLux will gladly accept unused products within 10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets the conditions mentioned below.

• If the wrong product is delivered.
• In the event that the product you received has a flaw or problem.
  

✅ Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Unboxing Video Requirement

For broken or damaged products, an unboxing video is mandatory. Without a clear video recorded during unboxing, we cannot process returns or refunds.
Please send the unboxing video via email or WhatsApp for verification.

• Condition of the Product

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products that have been used or handled improperly will not be eligible for return or refund.

• Color Variations

If a product has no selectable color option, HomeLux Store reserves the right to dispatch the best-selling color. Minor color variations are not considered a valid reason for return.

• Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product, we will exchange it immediately at no additional cost.

🔁 How to Return or Exchange a Product

Step 1: Complete the Return Form
If you wish to return or exchange any part of your order, please complete the Return Form and include it with your shipment.

Step 2: Repack the Product
Carefully repack the product(s) in the original packaging.
Ensure the following are included:

• The product(s)

• A copy of the invoice

• The completed Return Form

• The unboxing video sent via email or WhatsApp, if applicable (for damaged items)

• Please use a traceable courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopards, etc.) to return the product at your own expense.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

⏳ Refund Timeline

Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product is received and passes quality control checks.
